Professional journey
After earning his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering at Université Laval in Québec in 2006, Jérôme Pilon joined the BBA team where he started bringing in more engineering, programming and commissioning mandates with clients such as Glencore Canada (Raglan Mine), ArcelorMittal and Alcoa. Jérôme has been office director in Québec City since 2017 and uses his vast experience to manage a team of over 60 employees. This automation and digitalization specialist also worked on a variety of projects during his 5 year stint at the Labrador City office.
What motivates me through my years of working at BBA is seeing that, despite growth, the firm remains true to its values. Sharing our expertise and working together as a team is definitely still part of the equation.
